At Integral Network Solutions, we believe a network is only as strong as the person who builds it. To understand why we’re so obsessed with precision, you have to understand where I started.
My career didn't begin with data racks or fibre optics. In 1987, at just 17 years old, I joined the British Army. Serving in the infantry for 12 years including time in Northern Ireland taught me the true meaning of discipline. In the field, "attention to detail" isn't a buzzword; it’s a way of life. It’s about getting the job done right the first time, every time.

25 Years in the Making
When I left the Army in 1999, I swapped my kit for a toolkit and went straight into the cabling industry. I haven't looked back since.
I started at the grassroots level, installing cable TV in homes before moving into complex data cabling. For seven years, I was the "man in a van," working as a subcontractor on every type of site imaginable. I saw firsthand what worked, what didn't, and frankly, where the industry was cutting corners. I knew I could offer something better.
The Birth of Integral
In 2007, I took that lifetime of discipline and a decade of technical experience and founded Integral Network Solutions. Today, with over 18 years leading this company and 25 years in the field, I’m not just a business owner I’m an industry veteran who "knows my stuff" inside and out. If there is a problem behind your server rack, chances are I’ve seen it and fixed it before.
Designing Your Future
While many installers are happy to just "pull cable," I wanted to offer you more. In 2016, I earned the CNiDP (Certified Network Installation Design Professional) qualification.
This isn't a "one-and-done" certificate for me. I sit an exam every three years to keep my status current, ensuring that we are always at the cutting edge of industry standards. This means we don't just install your network; we have the expertise to design it from the ground up for maximum performance and future growth.
